ORDERING & DELIVERY ORGANIZATION

As a result of our years of experience, we have cultivated positive relationships with a number of furniture and décor vendors. Placing orders and scheduling deliveries can often be the most stressful part of completing a project. We strive to alleviate your stress by relieving you of this task. Once all selections are confirmed, we take it upon ourselves to successfully order every item on your behalf and ensure that delivery times and dates are convenient.

DETAILED FURNITURE CONCEPT

It can be difficult to conceptualize how your new space will look without ever setting foot in it. We offer a detailed furniture concept for every project in order to provide an in-depth visual understanding of the space being created. This multi-page PDF allows us to show you our vision in an interactive document. By providing images of furniture selections, art pieces, décor items, flooring, lighting, etc. we present you with the opportunity to virtually walk through your new space.

FURNITURE LAYOUT

We recognize that finding the perfect seating plan to fit your home can often present quite the challenge. We at Fine Interiors are experts in creating customized layouts that offer comfort and flow to your living areas. By providing a birds-eye view of your new space, you will have the opportunity to envision yourself living comfortably within the space we have created specifically for you.

DETAILED FLOORPLANS

With years of experience, we have perfected our skills in AutoCad. This online drafting program allows us to offer you and your contractor detailed floorplans and elevations to ensure that your renovation is executed seamlessly.

PAINT CONSULTATIONS

We know our way around a paint deck and are always in the loop with the latest colour trends. We are confident that we can help you choose paint colours that make your house feel like home using our extensive knowledge of light and colour theory.
